Animal Communication

Animal Communication is a practice that allows us to talk with animals through the use of telepathy to receive feelings, pictures, sounds and even smells from the animal we are talking to.

Telepathy from the greek words tele (distant) and patheia (feeling)

Many animals have been assisted through the use of animal communication ~ from behavior problems, to moving to a new house situation to health challenges ~ If you have unresolved issues with your pet you may consider scheduling an animal communication session for assistance.

Annabelle & Rosie the Cat
Although Annabelle & Rosie are best friends, it wasn't always that way with Annabelle.
After being rescued from the brink of death after Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, Annabelle faced a secondary challenge of red-zone aggression, she even tried to eat Lorraine's cats!  Through the use of animal communication Lorraine was able to get an insight to what was really going on with Annabelle and make an agreement with her as to what was going to be required (on both sides) to rehabilitate her.  The information received during the animal communication sessions was used to create a rigorous training/rehabilitation program for Annabelle with successful results.

Consultations
Most of our animal communications sessions are done remotely while I talk with you on the phone, however if you live in our area you can schedule an in-person session.  Once you set up your appointment you can email me a picture if your animal if you choose, otherwise you can give me a detailed description. It also be helpful if you prepare a list of questions you wish to ask your animal.

             Working With an
        Animal Communicator

Working with an animal communicator can be an enlightening experience for many people, and can feel like stepping into a whole new world (which it kind of is).  However, there are a few things to keep in mind when working with an animal communicator to achieve the best results for you and your animal friend.

First of all, decide what you would like to achieve by using an animal communicator and how you are going to use the information you receive.  In other words.... what are your intentions?  Then make a list of questions/concerns you have about your pet in order of importance, if the list becomes fairly long narrow it down to 5-10 questions that most fit the issue at hand.  While making the list keep in mind your intention for the session.  Be specific.

So, now you have your questions together, have you scheduled your appointment yet?  Once that is done talk with your animal friend and let he or she know that you have asked someone to talk with them to help with the issues they are having.  Ask your animal verbally or mentally to be as open as possible with the communicator, this will let the animal know what is expected of them.  Don't worry, animals never betray their owners loyalty and trust and would never give away secrets or information they don't think is appropriate to share.

Think of animal communication as a therapy session for your pet.  It's a time when an animal can get things off their chest and let us know what is really going on in their lives and how they are feeling.  Like people, some animals will be more chatty than others, and there will be some that are very reserved.

Now, back to you.  In the beginning of this article I mentioned intention.  Your intention is so important I cannot stress it enough, and this is why....  Have you ever had someone tell you they would do something for you and they never followed through on their promise?  How did you feel about that?  Animals are no different.  Many animals will have an attitude of why bother if they know their owners or caretakers are not fully committed.  So, as you delve into the world of animal communication, first ask yourself if you are willing to follow through on all the steps that may be required to help your animal achieve the results you desire.

Personally, I like client I work with to make contracts or agreements with their pets during our animal communication session.  This is beneficial because; 1) it clarifies the issues, and both animal and owner are clear on what has been out of balance in their lives, what needs to be addressed and what actions are required in order to remedy the situation, and 2)  both animal and owners make a pact so to speak to follow through on their end of the deal.  An example of this could be; a dog agrees to stop urinating in the house IF the owner agrees to take the dog for a walk 2 or 3 times a day.  If the owner doesn't follow through on walking the dog chances are the dog will keep peeing on the rug.

With all that said, the main reason for using an animal communicator should be to help you better understand your animal companion and help you build a stronger bond with him or her.  It can be used as a tool to help gain a better understanding of your animal's situation, whether that be a health concern, a behavior issue or maybe you would just like to ask your pet if there is anything special that he or she would like you to do for them.  There doesn't have to be a problem to have an animal communicator talk with your pet.
